Knocked down hawk

While they were standing there, this hawk plummeted down and grabbed a chicken. The dog - a 90 pound Catahoula - lunged at the hawk and knocked it down. The chicken escaped. https://tonycooper.smugmug.com/AUE-P...08-02-1-X2.jpg Not a great photo for detail, but a view of a hawk not usually seen. It looks quite indignant. :-) -- Regards, Eric Stevens |
