Can Irfanview crop a selected area to a 4:3 aspect ratio more easily?
Some cropping programs have a switch to enforce a given aspect ratio of
swept area (whether that be 4:3, 3:2, 1:1 or 16:9). In Irfanview: * Is there an easy way to sweep out a perfectly set 4:3 for cropping?
