In response to everyone who focused on my words "time lapse," which I specifically put in quotes because I knew I was using the term loosely: it's just a fun thing--try not to read too much into it, or get caught up in nuances of language. One of the most annoying things about usenet is, you can put together a thoughtful post, but if you use one term even a little bit incorrectly, then everyone will focus on that and ignore what you actually said. Now go ahead and argue about my comma placement, or the fact that my original post wasn't really a "thoughtful" one! ;-) -- www.mattclara.com |

Now, of course, if your post had been explicit about the number of pictures involved, and if the display had not included a fake clock, there would have been no debate at all :-) -- Bertrand |

Grammar, spelling and punctuation are all second thoughts to most of the NGers, who can always use the "typo" alibi. I know I blame my phingrs for doing my thinking all the time. As far as your OP goes, I thought it was an interesting effect. It could very well prove useful for some web sites, and it was fun to ponder. -- Regards, Savageduck |

I was really looking forward to a nice time-lapse sequence. I like them sometimes. Other than that, thanks for posting. Better than the political crap like the "The value of an apology..." thread that's been endlessly looping and other similar crap. |
