Default Pentax's Specialty on Alignment!

First see this Pentax official website:-

http://www.pentaxslr.com/lenses

Look! It is really funny that some lens hoods are misaligned, and that
there are some with rear caps and some don't. What a serious piece of
work! And, one can see how serious the working attitude of their staff!

I previously think that I was really unlucky with all kinds of
alignment problems with Pentax DSLRs and lenses (full story told he
http://www.geocities.com/ricehigh/A_...rporation.html).

It now seems that there are even more obvious "alignment" errors shown
at their official Webplace in the Cyberspace. Really funny and
interesting! It is very funny to learn that there is no difference
between the real-world factory and virtual place of theirs afterall.

The only misalignment I see was the photographed failed to orient all the
lenses the same way.

Not only about that. The lens hood of the 31mm is 90 degrees rotated so
that the longer flower petal is now on the right/left hand side instead
of the top/bottom side. The lens hood of the DA 16-45 is wrongly
positioned as well. It really makes me puzzled especially for the 31
Limited photo as this lens has a built-in lens hood - how could Pentax
do *additional* works to create a wrong photo, afterall?

Also, as said in the OT, the rear lens caps should be consistent too.
They should either put them onto all lenses or vice versa.

Look again.
The fullstop at the end of the second sentence in the sidebar is obviously
upside-down.

How can they expect to be taken seriously, with such a slovenly attitude to
marketing?

Pardon? What're you talking about? Whilst the mistake you *created* is
non-existent, the errors I told can be obviously seen. The problematic
lens pictures are still there in their official website. End of story.

The "problems" are non-existent.

"All" of them.

... *provided* that you're trying to not seeing them! Simple.

Oh, everything you point out is really interesting. Maybe your first
conclusion is right! That is, Pentax should not mix up things like that
and she should think again what they should write the names in the
future!

Cheers,
