This is an exceptionally nice Nikon F2SB black body (S/N 7746565) camera with
the rare DP-3 finder in near mint condition. The DP-3 SB finder is the same as
the DP-12 AS except that it retains the original prong actuation mechanism
instead of the AI mechanism. This finder was made for only about a year before
Nikon switched to the AI series finder for the balance of F2 production. Using
blue photo silicon diodes in the meter and led meter indication system, this
finder is beautiful! The camera shows almost no signs of use anywhere other
than handprints! All camera functions operate perfectly as does the DP-3
finder. New light seals, mirror baffles and eyepiece seals were installed late
last year. A spare kit of light seals is included. This is one of the nicest
examples of the “finest manual SLR ever produced!
