Eyepiece magnifier for Canon 300D

Hi,

I find manual focussing a bit time consuming on my Canon 300D. It would
greatly help if I could get a 2x eyepiece magnifier. But the only thing
available seems to be the angle extender made by Canon that cuts off
the exposure information at 2x.

Are any other similar products available? I'd be happy to settle for a
magnifier without the angle extender.
