Default Pentax 645N vs. 645NII

Aside from the mirror lock-up feature with the 645NII, what are the other
differences between these two cameras? I've done a little searching but I
haven't found any direct comparisons.

Thanks!

For one thing the new version was supposed to be compatible with a new
digital back. Instead, look forward to a Pentax showing a digital camera
that can take 645 AF lenses.

I haven't seen a digital back, but Pentax just released a 645 digital body
(18.1 megapixels)! I haven't seen a price yet, but it will be way beyond my
budget, probably $5k+

Overall they just corrected a few mistakes with the 645NII. I think the
covering was more scratch resistant. If you are an ebayer and in the US,
watch auctions over the holiday weekend. Usually it is the best time to get
stuff cheap.

Hope that holds true for my 67II that I have up for auction on ebay this
weekend, so I can begin looking for a 645N/II! :-)

Actually holiday weekends are a bad time to sell. A good time to buy
though. Less competition.

5k while very expensive would actually be a bargain. Especially when you
compare the 16MP 35mm size sensor of the Canon EOS-1Ds Mark II which goes
for around 7k to a 18MP 645 size sensor.

The number here is US$8500 or so.

The problem is, you don't get a 645 size sensor (you get 35x48, not 42x56)
and you probably don't get an antialiasing filter (it's optional on the
Mamiya).
