Default Help required with Photodeluxe

Hi all
I hope this is the right place to ask for help on a prpblem with Photodeluxe
2.0 which I use in conjunction with Photoshop 4.0, so here goes:
How do I empty my scratch disk (paging file)
Whilst Photoshop has a purge option under Edit deluxe has no shuch
facility and keeps hanging.
I see no point in enlarging the scratch disk again as I will only end up
with the same prob. at some other time.
Thanks
Keith M
