I thought it might be lens distortion, but the sigh behind him doesn't
seem to be badly distorted.

Didn't you know, the Republican running against Jerry Brown was an
Extra Terrestrial?
I believe he moved here from Roswell, NM.

I think the picture indicates that the weather balloons of Roswell
ain't properly investigated yet... Where they live beings? Did they
propagate their species among them rednecks??? Some of them latter could
feel lonely at times you know...

....but this one, Neel Kashkari, is a George W. Bush treasury Department
refugee via Goldman Sacks. Now he is running for governor of California.
Hedge funds have earned him several $$Billion$$, from which he can pad
his campaign war chest. He is an Ohio native, a hindu with Kashmiri
Pandit parents.

It looks like Jerry Brown is going to be that rare fish, a four term
California governor.

No, he's the guy who played the Alien in Alien. After that they hired
his whole family for Aliens.

I think that's an example of 'edge distortion' from a wide-angle lens
being used too close to the subject - three-dimensional objects appear
stretched towards the edge of the two-dimensional picture, but flat
objects look more normal. Optical or digital correction of 'barrel
distortion' can also have odd effects.

I found another pic:

The dud looks quite normal there... I'd say the the Californians should
concentrate on what he might say.
