If by "PS" you mean Photoshop (you said PSP before), there's a large
number of groups devoted specifically to Photoshop. Here's a few of
the more general ones:

adobe.photoshop.macintosh
adobe.photoshop.windows
alt.graphics.photoshop
alt.graphics.photoshop.elements
comp.graphics.apps.photoshop

If you mean PaintShop Pro (PSP), you can go to one of the generic
graphics newsgroups and ask about.
