FS: Canon EOS-1n with PB-E1/batteries/charger - USD 620 Shipped in USA or Canada

I'm cleaning up my closet and selling off some equipments to finance a new
notebook. This is a EX+ condition EOS-1n with PB-E1 booster, charger and
three Ni-CAD battery packs. This camera has never seen any professional use.
The batteries and charger were bought on the auction site about a year ago.
They still hold charges last time I check it. The camera has recently been
CLA'd by the local authorized Canon repair shop and has been given a clean
bill of health. I don't see any scratch/ding/blemish anywhere on the camera.
Even the hotshoe doesn't seem to have any scratches. I'm asking USD 620
shipped to USA and Canada. I take paypal (please add 3%) or MO. Photos and
