Pentax KM rare black body FS

The Pentax KM is basically a K1000 with self-timer and DOF preview.
Unlike the K1000, all KM bodies were made in Japan.

The black paint version of this model is quite rare.
In all his years in camera service at Honeywell and Pentax
my regular repairman Eric Hendrickson never even saw one.

Camera was recently serviced. Self-timer mechanism was replaced,
new foam seals and bumper foam installed and CLA was performed.
8+ condition. Minor brassing and a small dent on bottom cover.
Works 100%. A great user and conversation piece.

I also have one in the more common chrome finish for sale.
It had a new meter movement installed, seals, foam and CLA.
8+ condition. No dents or scratches, just some bright marks.
Works 100%. A great user, and far better than a K1000.
