card reader advice
My camera uses Compact Flash. I just got my wife a camera that uses SD. I
plan to upgrade memory cards for both cameras to high memory & high speed. Any recommendations for a fast card reader that accommodates both SF and SD memory cards? Thanks. -- Terry Remove the rodent from my email address to reply directly. |

If you live near a Walmart they were selling a Lexar reader that I believe was rated at either a 7-1 or 8-1 reader for about $29.00. I think they are rated USB 1.1 and 2.0, I know they are fast. I have two of them and so far they work great. |

There are lots of them out there and if you live near a best buy or
circuit city you will have no problem finding one. I have a IOGEAR and it is USB 2.0 and 1.1 and reads Memory Stick,SD, compact Flash, micro drive, and smart media. Was $19.95 when I bought it. Art |

I previously used a Dazzle 6-in-1 reader... and it rendered a number of Smartmedia cards unreadable by my camera. Cynthia |
