Default FS: Metz 54MZ-3 for Canon

I'm putting my Metz 54MZ-3 with SCA 3102 M2 adapter (Canon EOS) up for sale.
The flash is very powerful (guide number 54m at 105mm ISO 100), and has just
about every feature you can possibly want from a shoe-mount flash. The flash
also supports both E-TTL and auto flash, as well as manual and wireless
modes. All in all it is arguably the best flash available for the EOS
system.

I am selling the flash simply because I almost always shoot with available
light now; in fact, I think the last time I used any flash at all was more
than 2 months ago. I cannot justify keeping it only to gather dust.

My 54MZ-3 is in perfect condition functionally and mint++ condition
cosmetically. I did put velcro around the flash head in order to attach
flash diffuser, however. In addition, the flash is missing the flip-over
secondary reflector reducer. Basically, the flash offers a secondary
reflector in addition to the main flash head. The secondary reflector, when
enabled, outputs 20% of the total flash power and can be used either as a
fill or to add some highlight when the main flash head is bounced. There is
supposed to be a flip-over thumbnail sized filter for the secondary
reflector that cuts the secondary reflector's output by half, and my 54MZ-3
is missing that reducer. Here is a picture of the secondary reflector and
the reducer - the reducer is that black filter to the left of the secondary
reflector: http://www.metz.de/images/produkte/gross/504.jpg

The flash comes with the original soft pouch. The adapter (which I bought
separately) comes with the original plastic case and manual. I will also
include the flash's manual as a PDF file.

Some pictures of the flash are he

I am looking for CDN$450 / US$325. I will deliver if you're close to the
Toronto area, otherwise I will ship for free. I accept cash, postal money
order, or PayPal - no extra fees but you must be verified.

I have a perfect feedback profile of over 100 positive feedbacks on eBay
under user ID lp-b. I have also done numerous transactions on
www.fredmiranda.com (user ID pachiu), tor.forsale (user ID Andy Chiu), as
well as www.photo.net (user ID Andy Chiu).

Please send all questions / offers to my email address above (remove
"REMOVE" and "ME").

Thanks!

Andy
