Default Walmart Fuji Film

The past couple of days I have posted messages pertaining to problems
with c-41 film developing. Today I processed several rolls and the only
ones that had the strange, weak
developer look, were the ones that were walmart film. Has anyone else
noticed that the base of the walmart film has kind of a bluish magenta
tint? It prints good. The color of the prints is fine. The film looks
wierd tho'.
