Open Question: Settings for your Canon 10D - Best Way?
I am wondering how you have your 10D set up in order to get the best
pictures when you are just after snapshots. Do you have them set at factory default or is there some particular setting you modified and why so. |

Kibo informs me that JCL stated that:

Do you have them set at factory default or is there some particular setting you modified and why so. As with any photographic situation, it depends on the lighting, the subject, & the kind of look I want. If there was a particular setting that /always/ produces "the best pictures", cameras wouldn't need manual controls at all. If you are totally non-technical, you might want to stick with all the 'dummy' modes on the dial. That said, 'P' mode can be quite handy if you want to shoot RAW mode, & you're not too fussed what shutter speed & aperture settings are used. -- W . | ,. w , "Some people are alive only because \|/ \|/ it is illegal to kill them."
