Default FS: Sunpak Auto 821 Pentax-dedicated flash

I have a Sunpak Auto 821 Pentax-dedicated flash unit for sale.

Asking price is AUD$20, not including postage. Shipping will be at cost
to the buyer, and insurance can also be arranged if required.

This is a used Sunpak Auto 821 flash unit dedicated for Pentax cameras.
It has been used with a Pentax MG manual focus SLR camera. It has two
auto modes and one manual mode. The available ISO/ASA range is 100-1000.
The flash unit is in excellent condition, recharging in about 3 seconds
with fresh alkaline batteries after emitting a full power flash. All
writing on the back and front is clean and clear. The "ready/test" button
lights up orange and functions properly. The "auto OK" button lights up
green when it senses a correct flash exposure, and this function appears
to work properly. The auto/manual selection switch clicks cleanly into
each location. The battery compartment cover closes properly and fits
well. The glass of the flash window is clean and clear, with only some
quite minor scratches present. The internal reflector surface is shiny
and in excellent condition. The hotshoe mounting foot works fine, as does
the knurled lock ring. When last used on a camera, the exposures produced
with this flash unit in auto mode appeared to be fine.

There has been some corrosion on the battery terminals, which is quite
evident on the metal terminals on the battery compartment cover. There is
a small amount of greenish corrosion residue evident on the ends of the
coil springs inside the battery compartment. The battery compartment
itself is very clean, with all the internal labelling clearly readable
(there does not appear to have been a major battery leak inside the
compartment).

I would be pleased to answer any questions that you may have about this
flash unit, and can email photos upon request.

Please respond to if interested.

Thanks for looking.
