Prices for used enlarging lenses are very low. On-line auctions or a WTB advert in rec.photo.marketplace.darkroom will yield results. Look at completed auctions to get an idea of going prices. El-Nikkor, Rodagon and Componon are the three standard high quality enlarging lenses. A 50mm is the usual pick for 35 mm and 75 or 80mm for 6x6cm. El-Nikkors come in two sorts: low price 50mm f4 & 75mm f4 lenses and high price 50mm f2.8 & 80mm f5.6 lenses. My experience is the lower priced series works just as well as the higher when stopped down to f8. -- Nicholas O.
