From Scott Kelby's "The Digital Photography Book", here are the main steps
- Use a tripod - Set camera to take picture format (as opposed to landscape) - Expose the first frame with "manual" exposure - Take the rest of the frames with the "same exposure", with frames overlapping by 25%; on windy days. take the pictures quickly since clouds and trees will be moving - Use your favorite s/w to stitch the frames "Bruce" wrote in message . uk... Best Wishes For an example of what "not to do" with HDR, go to www.photosig.com and look up the work of a member called Mike Savad. Absolute crap. Just an example of what a disaster HDR can be in the hands of an idiot. kris kros on flickr is another exponent with a bafflingly large gang of acolytes. http://www.flickr.com/photos/kros/se...7594073655609/ -- Chris Savage Kiss me.
