Default Traveler DC6300 - help?

Any way to adjust the focus itself? I am looking for any info at all on the
camera. I like the camera itself but I am looking for tweaks and such any
help---TIA!

I have that camera. (It's also identical to Vivitar Vivicam 4000.)
Read the manual: you get autofocus, plus fixed 1M, 2M, and infinity.
Do you have a specific question?

Just wondering if there is a fine focus for timed exposures. I have been
playing with night shots that seem a little out of focus.

BTW what version is the software on you're camera?

Hello,

The DC6300 is strictly an autofocus camera and can't be focused,
manually.

Also, I just did a search, on Google http://www.google.com, and
discovered that the DC6300 is almost identical to the Vivitar Vivicam
4000.

This Web page may prove helpful, to you:

Optical Zoom

Good luck!

Almost. As mentioned, it does have three fixed prefocus settings.
Particularly useful when shooting action at infinity, as it eliminates
the autofocus delay. But you are right, there is no manual tweaking.

Thanks for finding that. Even though I have had this camera (the cheap
Aldi version, not the ridiculous $450 Vivitar) for a couple of years, it
appears technology hasn't completely passed it by yet. Too many
competitors are eliminating important features like the optical
viewfinder.

If CL#D wants a response, he needs to stop top-posting.
