canon digital eos rebel xt and minolta 5000i lenses
I looking into upgrading my Maxxum 5000i to the Canon Digital EOS Rebel
Xt. Will I be able to use my lens from my old SLR? This is the old Manaul non-powered lenses. Comments Please. Michael ValeCruz Atlanta

Do you know if the flash accessories are also compatible?...I look at a
5d over the weekend and the shoe looks the same by my eye.

Sorry, I meant if I purchase the Maxxum 7d will my flash accessory work
on it. I have a Sunpak 4000 AF flash that I used with my Maxxum 5000i. Thanks for the comments. Michael
