cant format Memory Stick

Hi,

I have one 64Mb memory stick card which I use in my Acer PDA and my Sony
DSC-P71 photo camera. When I insert the memory stick in the camera it says
error c:13:01, after trying a camera format it says error c:32:01. When I
try to format under windows 2000 with a multicard reader it says "The devide
is busy" after a very long waiting time. When I try to format under Windows
Pocket PC 2002 in my acer n20 PDA it says "exclusive access to the card is
denied (#112) Please close any app which may be accessing files on the
storage card"

What can I do???? i dont want the data (I've downloaded before it crash), I
just want my MS!!!!

Go to:

Enter your model number(DSC-P71), click on the PDF file manual that
results from the search, read around page 90, it tells you what those
codes mean. I hope it works out.
