Default 118 megapixel Photo of Downtown Houston - Daytime

This is a followup to my panorama post. (added a new 118 megapixel panorama to the gallery - you can zoom in and pan around.)

Sorry for being gone a few days, we also just adopted a boxer and its been taking up a lot of my free time. For whatever its worth, here is a link to her new blog. for a boxer, shes quite smart. ;-)

No matter what you do, Houston is a boring city with a boring skyline. That
said, this picture is *far* better than your earlier night pano. Everything
lines up well, and the boundaries aren't obvious. I'm particularly impressed
that the buildings aren't buried in haze. How did you manage that? UV filter?
Skillful choice of date and time? Dumb luck? Smart luck? In any case, it comes
off pretty well. Nice job.
