Too many variables...

Some sellers will certainly ship outside the USA, others no. Additionally,
some cameras must be bought in the country where they will be shipped for
the warranty to be valid.
Your best bet may be to contact the sales department of the seller with the
specific camera you're interested in. Many sellers work on commission, and
will bend over backward to sell you (that is, earn a paycheck!) whatever you
want.
If you have a friend in the USA, why not buy it and give your friend's
address as the 'ship-to' address, then your friend could ship it to you in
the UK? US Postal Service Priority Mail might add a week and $15 or so to
the price, depending on what you are buying. Check out www.usps.com ,
Priority Mail Flat rate International.

Yes. But you will be charged VAT (and maybe other local taxes) when it
arrives.

If it's a new camera, the warrantee won't be valid in your country.

Except for used/antique cameras, you are almost always better off buying
locally.

Cameras are a lost leader at most camera stores. The profit margin is
very slim.

I would not send anything like that Postal mail without being fully
insured.
