Default 70mm film

Is it still possible to purchase 70mm film in 15-foot cartridges, or
for that matter to purchase the empty cartridges and bulk loader?

Also, how hard is to find a lab that still processes the stuff?

Well, I was asking myself the same questions - here my findings:
1. As far as I know you get only 100 foot of 70mm film - basically it comes
from Kodak only in these days. I do the filling of the 15ft cartridges
myself in the darkroom
2. The empty cartridges you get from Kodak - they come in a box with I think
10 each.
3. I did not find a bulk loader, so I cut the film myself at the approximate
length
4. There are some labs still available, I do not have the list handy, but if
you ask the Pro group of Kodak online ( thats what I did ) you get a list
of labs from them. If you remind me in about three weeks, I am back in my
office in Colorado, where I got the list.
5. Processing takes about one week including the postal forth and back. With
me it worked very find and a very reasonable cost.

Hope this helped a bit
