10 dollars shipping/insurance, and it didn't take all 10 to get the

10 dollars shipping/insurance, and it didn't take all 10 to get the
job done.

Considering your references to US dollars and KEH, I never looked at
the email address...besides, the way things are these days, an email
address isn't exactly indicitive of one's location.
