Sony closes 2/3 of its stores in the U.S.

I was just in the one in Las Vegas this week, located in the Forum
Shops at Ceaser's. Nice display, but nobody was buying anything.

There's a Sony store in the Tanger Outlet in Riverhead, Long Island about
eight miles from my house. I hope it stays open. It's a nice respite
amongst all the clothes stores.

The stores were established as showcases. I've been told in them more
than a few times that I would find better deals elsewhere. Also the
staff had no deep knowledge of alpha cameras. Or any camera. If you

Haven't been in years other than maybe killing half an hour while her
worshipfullness tries on another few dresses.

There is one near here on a busy boulevard - but they also have on in a
major mall less than a km from that. They should shut down the one on
the blvd. It's not the most convenient to get to.

The last time I was in the Sony store, the young sales associate there was
very well-versed on their cameras. There was no question he couldn't

I had a major disappointment. Have not been able to find decent rum
raisin ice cream. That's good and it's bad. I really don't need it.

fudge ice cream that has pieces of the Jova jelly rings in it. It's to die
for if you're a chocolate lover.
