Guilty as charged, Bob. :-) Probably wouldn't be
"spam" here anyway, since I seriously doubt that anyone
in the readership of these groups would be all that likely
to buy a copy.

I also doubt that would be considered an "authoritative
source" by some here, although if you disagree with what
I wrote there, you might also want to take your concerns
up with the editor of that series (who also did me the favor
of reviewing the final draft before it was published).
