Adobe Previews PS for iPad Pro
Coming in 2019. Not a "lite" or watered-down version, but the whole
thing. Photos will be in the cloud, and it appears that the app achieves lightning speed by working on a virtual representation of the original. Bring the pic into Lr or PS on your Mac and you get the real, full-res photo.
