Default Spotting Scope to Digital Camera adapter

I want an adapter to attach a Canon S1IS to an old (WW2 vintage) Bausch
and Lomb Spotting scope. The scope only has a serial number, and no
model number/name. Anyone know where the adapter can be bought?

The eyepiece on the scope is threaded, and the threads are about 1 1/8
inch in diameter.

TIA,
EJ in NJ
