Need camera to photograph white boards and electronic circuits

A tripod is the obvious solution. Consider it.

*IF* a tripod is not acceptable,
take the photo at an angle, and use perspective correction
to square it back up in PhotoShop or Gimp.

You could also perform white balance adjustment at this stage.
