DVD vs JPEG for TV
I have tried Jasc (Photo Album) and Ulead DVD picture show for making
video CDs to show pics on TV. However using my (cheap) DVD player, ordinary JPEGs seem to give clearer, more stable images on the TV. Is this a real thing or a problem with the software. Would Arcsoft give better TV images? Thanks, Gordon |

Thanks, Gordon Without knowing a whole lot mre than you give here, it's going to be really hard to answer that. Maybe the reason your DVD player shows better JPEG images is because it uses progressive scan, and has little to do with the software used? -- Bill Funk Change "g" to "a" |

I would use jpegs, and let the DVD player image them. VCD's are 320x200
or a little worse than VHS. I would EXPECT that jpegs rather than a vcd would give better images.
