Default Busch Rangefinder cams

Most of the Busch I have seen have a Kalart RF. They do not use cams, and are
reletively easy to adjust for a different lens. You can fine instructions on the
Graflex Org website. http://www.graflex.org

I've got a 'D' coming which has a side rangefinder.
I'm going to be placing a 125mm lens on it.

Do the side RF units require a cam to match the lens f/l as do the top RF units?

If so,
a) is there a site with available Busch cams, or
b) are they interchangable with Graphic cams, or
c) is there on-line information on the geometery for constructing one?

TIA,

Collin
