I had my neighbor translate the commentary part
at the end. It goes:

"The cabin boy, the cabin boy,
that naughty little nipper;
put broken glass
within his ass
and circumcised the skipper"

Not likely. That rhymes in english. The text under the film
is (according to babelfish):

"

Not that this is really understandable - but ...
