The stunning aerial photos taken with just a camera and akite - by the inventor of 'kite-ography'

If a poor person buys a house he cannot afford, whose fault is that. If you bought a camera you could not afford and you could not buy food for your family, would that be the fault of the camera salesman? - The credit card company -- your bank because you withdrew your money to buy the camera? For what reason would it not be the fault of the purchaser of the home. The concept is accepting responsibility for one's own acts. What may be illegal was packaging these high risk mortgages and selling them as mortgage backed securities, without adequate disclosure. Some of those derivatives were so complex that it's almost impossible to decipher what exactly they are. What also may be illegal, civilly wrong, was selling derivatives while taking a short position without disclosing the seller had more to gain if the derivative went bad, while making a healthy profit on the sale. But... But, Barney Frank said that Fanny Mae was "FINE"!?! |

It's kind of funny that these clown in Congress indict Roger Clemens for lying and he's threatened with 30 years while Charlie Rangel will get a slap on the wrist from his colleagues for far worse. |

I don't find it difficult. Where's the difficulty? The guy's got the best sense of humor on Capitol Hill. If he'd spent the last decade or so on TV comedy shows instead of promoting all those NINJA loans which started the collapse of our (and the world's) economies, I might find him as likeable as you do. Nor has Frank learned much, evidently. Only a few months ago he was trying to pressure lenders into lowering their requirements for mortgages on multi-unit buildings. If he'd been captain of the Titanic he'd probably have wanted to turn the ship around and hit the iceberg again. |

I don't think so, but you've hit on a good idea: by all means, retire Barney Frank from Congress and let him sell cars instead. He will almost certainly continue to cheat people, but his victims will then be limited to his customers instead of the whole country. |
