Some cool phots in his collection - nothing like a talented fellow who
takes a new poke at something. Perhaps inspired by rocket enthusiasts
and radio controlled airplane photo applications.

Why?
Very inventive.
As a matter of fact, I saw a similar contraption over Le Louvres in Paris in
September 2007. It was manned by a team of men from a Special Police Service
(I can't remeber who they were, but they were wearing ID cards). I asked
about what they were doing and typically, I was given a terse answer: they
couldn't answer me!
They had a Sony camcorder instead of a camera.
Regards,
Marcel
