Default Tachihara 4x5 field camera - Looks Great - Works Great!

I own two of these cameras, so I'm selling one -- reluctantly.

It's a beautiful cherrywood field camera with brass fittings in the
classic double extension design. The bottom plate of this camera is
so unmarked, it's hard to believe it was ever mounted on a tripod.

It comes with one lensboard, (35mm hole), ready for the lens of your
choice. This is a beautiful camera, too -- people always comment or
ask questions aabout it.

The Tachihara is handmade from selected cherrywood using traditional
Japanese craftsmanship. It weighhs 3.3 lbs. and folds into a
box-shape about 3.4 inches thick -- easily carried it in a backpack.
It takes Linhof/Wista style lens boards -always available on eBay.

It has a full range of movements including front rise, tilt, and
swings for both standards. All controls lock down tight. The ground
glass has a grid to help with architectural shots and such. It has
two nameplates on it.

Minimum bellows extension is 65mm (great for wide angle lenses), and
the maximum is 330 mm. I will include a Xeroxed copy of the manual.

Overall, this is a great camera you'll be proud to use for any large
format situation -- portraits, landscapes still lifes, fashion . . .
or whatever. (I'd better stop writing before I talk myself out of
selling it.)
