I would say what you quoted makes good sense. I may have been
a little over stressed, but then you have never been guilty of that.

Anyone who buys a high megapixel (DSLR?) and then shoots at 6 megapixels is:
-Too cheap to get a decent-sized memory card.
-Out to machine-gun a subject to death in the hopes of getting one good
shot.
-Determined never to have to crop anything ever again.

A noble task, that last one.

So I still shoot 6.1 mp dSLR and I have made 16x20" prints. I see no need to
shoot any higher for most purposes. But Richard Anderson (aka RichA, aka
Rich) is a TROLL. There is no evidence that he even owns a camera or even
takes photos. He is what people in camera shops call a PITA. In Ottawa there
used to be "The Saturday Morning Club" the same old guys would hang around
Camera House, Bill's Camera Craft, Ginns, and the Camera Exchange all
morning, seldom buying anything wasting everyone's time with idle chit-chat,
getting in the way of real customers.

That is Rich, Rich has been banned numerous times on DPreview (and likely
other web forums)
