Default Kodak C613 Shot-to-shot time

Hello everyone.

I am supposed to give advice to a friend who is trying to decide
whether to buy a Kodak C613 or a C713. On kodak's product
specification pages, there is the following info on C613 and C713,
respectively:

C613:
Click to capture 0.7 sec. at 0.5 m, wide, preview off, flash off
Shot to shot 3 sec. until buffer full, 5 sec. after buffer full
C713:
Click to capture 0.3 sec. at 0.5 m, wide, preview off, flash off
Shot to shot 0.5 sec. until buffer full

I wonder whether the huge difference between shot-to-shot values is a
typing error or is it really the case.

Any information or comments will be greatly appreciated.

Best regards,
Arifi Koseoglu
