Your ignorance is bliss. The eagles did not perform as desired, so the program was stopped. What do you have against Holland? The Dutch people are very nice indeed. You seem to be an intentional provocateur.

They did perform a tthe training centres, but there was less of a guarantee that they'd prefor outside of a test centre in the same way, and that they took a lot of training and hence expensive.
