Find a USB card reader that works under OS9 (I remember using a USB CF reader on an OS9 machine, so I know that they exist; I don't know whether a new reader would work or whether you would need OS9 drivers), and then you can use whatever camera you want. -dms |

Ignore the software that comes with the camera; use a memory card reader instead. -- Waddling Eagle World Famous Flight Instructor |

Get yourself a card reader, and it's basically a mute distinction. -- Images (Plus Snaps & Grabs) by MarkČ at: www.pbase.com/markuson |

Not many OS9 RAW file readers out there. -- Waddling Eagle World Famous Flight Instructor |

Are you saying that the RAW conversion program won't run on OS9? Wow. -- Images (Plus Snaps & Grabs) by MarkČ at: www.pbase.com/markuson |

Are you saying that the RAW conversion program won't run on OS9? Wow. Most won't. OS-9 predates wide use of most of the latest RAW formats. I don't believe the latest Adobe RAW converters run on OS-9, for example. Sure, if you have an older camera and Photoshop for OS-9, then why not? But I would genuinely like to see how anyone would use OS-9 to view Nikon D80 RAW files. -- Waddling Eagle World Famous Flight Instructor |
