Colormanagement & Kodak Photo CD
Greetings Joerg,
I am sharing your question with some associates that may be able to help. If anything comes of it, I will be in touch. Talk to you soon. Ron Baird Eastman Kodak Company "Joerg Sczepek" wrote in message m... Dear Forum, can anybody help me with the following Problem ? What happens with the scanner profile when opening a Kodak Photo CD file ? Is it balanced with the choosen color space, say RGB ? And does the choosing of the color space in the opening dialog lead to transformation of the color values into the working color space that is beeing determined in the Photoshop color settings, say Adobe RGB 1998 ? Any input is more than welcome ! Joerg |

Colormanagement & Kodak Photo CD
Greetings Joerg,
In the interim of reviewing this with others, let me note that when a Photo CD was made the source type, i.e. Kodachrome, Ektachrome, or Color Negative, was a choice. The profile for that image then would be used during the scan. If I recall correctly, that information used to be on the professional section of our site. I will review to see if I can find. http://www.kodak.com/go/photocd Best regards, Ron Baird Eastman Kodak Company "Joerg Sczepek" wrote in message m...
