Cleaning old 35mm slides

not with water (the cardboard holder wouldn't last long and water might
damage the slide itself).

So what is the best way to clean those? Any particular product/method?

I don't know the correct name but one of those little "bulb brush" things,
they have a soft brush on the tip and you give them a squeeze and it blows
air out through the bristles.
That's all my Dad ever used to keep his slides clean.
