Default Sony DSC-S750 problem

I just got my new DSC-S750 today and it seems great. Then I was turning it
on one time and had my hand over the lens telescope part, as it tried to
come out. It got stuck and now won't go back in and the camera wont turn
on right. Argh!

Is there an easy way to fix this or is it screwed now?

Try removing the Battery(s).....Waiting 2-3 minutes and then
re-inserting them.
You may also try to GENTLY manipulate the lens as you alternately turn
the camera on and off.

Nah, it's stuck. I'll just return it.
