Default Canon 5D Mark II - is there no more protective foil on the display?

Usually on any new products there is a protective foil on displays
(eg.
mobile phone displays, camera displays etc).
I purchased the 5D Mark II yesterday and there was no foil on the
back
display.
It also shows a tiny dust spot on the test photos. I can't get rid of
it. I tried the sensor cleaning without success.

Post some examples of the dust spot photos.
