You are on the beach, enjoying a nice day with your wife (a knockout),
and your 12 year old daughter. A guy sets up his tripod 50 up the beach
and you notice that he is taking dozens of shots of your wife and
daughter, mainly when they are facing his way, or bending over, and he
has a lens about a foot long.
So, what are you going to do?

As seen in a local newspaper:

Dear Miss Manners,

You are casually walking to the polling station to select the next
oligarch^H^H^H^H, excuse me, to cast your solemn vote for democracy.
You see Ron Hunter ahead of you, about to mark his "X", when, suddenly,
someone presents utterly conclusive evidence that he has the brains of
a pea. What is the proper course of action?

Concerned Citizen

Dear C.C.,

Your paranoia is Hunter using his head properly to better the
Unerring State, is no different from that induced by the sight of
someone photographing your half-naked wife on a beach. Thoughtcrime
is thoughtcrime, and it must all be punished equally or chaos awaits!
If there are no agents from the Ministry of Love to attend to the
matter, you may do whatever you feel is right. Don't worry, no jury
will convict!
