Default Minolta MC to AF adapter

Hi,

Can you get aan adapter so attach MC lenses to the newer AF mount like
the one used on the Minolta Dynax cameras?

Many Thanks

Nick

Not aware of such an animal. As I recall, the registration distances are
different so that the older lenses wouldn't focus to infinity.

Not many manufacturers provided for backwards compatibility whent they went
to AF and digital. I think Nikon and Pentax did. Apparently you can use 40
year old Asahi screwmount lenses on Pentax's ist D digital camera. The old
Pentax glass was exceptionally good.

Actually there is an adapter to mount MC/MD lens to the Maxxum
cameras. I came across one a year ago and sold it on eBay.
