If I only wanted compliments, I would post to Flickr. I have never
posted an image on FB, either. You know I expect to be told what others
see is wrong. And yes, I do push limits, something i do in life, as well.


I like my chicken crunchy, but only when fried.

Peter, perhaps your sharpening is fine for prints you make, but for
images displayed on high quality monitors, most of your work is way
oversharpened.



Thanks, You struck a chord. It may very well be that my old Viewsonic
was not up to the viewing quality of the newer monitors, and I have been
less than diligent about replacing it. Now I have to. At least I will as
son as I can free up from more pressing family health issues. As I
posted earlier, I will be getting a 4k monitor. Still haven't decided
which one. The image will look much different different on a high
quality monitor
