I've searched the owner's manual and cannot find a way to put the date
stamp on pictures taken with the FUJI S7000. Can anyone tell me how
this is done.

I've had the camera for a couple of weeks and love it!

Though I do not have a Fuji I believe that you might find
it in the set up menu. I assume that it supports Date Time
stamping for filing purposes.
