Now why would battery mfgs want to fix it? There are/where who companies dedicated solely to replacing batteries (they always fail) in UPS systems.


If you invent a better battery the world will beat a path to your
door.

Don't you mean: "If you invent a better battery, the world will drive an
electric car to your door."
